- You are between 18 and 30 years old.
- You are generally healthy with no medical conditions.
- If you are female, you have been on the same birth control pill for at least 6 months.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 30.
- You have not done any regular exercise (like running, biking, or lifting weights) in the past 3 years.
- You are right-handed.
- You are not taking medications for stimulants, anxiety, depression, or psychosis.
- You have not had any arm, shoulder, or hand injury in the past year.
