  • You are between 55 and 69 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 34.5 or less.
  • You do not smoke.
  • You are shorter than 6 feet (72 inches) tall.
  • If you are a woman, you have gone through menopause (no periods for at least a year).
