Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have chronic phase CML that is Philadelphia chromosome–positive or BCR-ABL–positive.
- You have already tried one TKI (targeted therapy) for CML, but it did not work well enough or caused problems that made you stop.
- You have a performance status score of 0, 1, or 2 (meaning you are up and around most of the day).
- Your liver, kidneys, and pancreas are working within safe limits (your doctor will check this with blood tests).
- You do not have a known T315I mutation, severe heart problems, active infections like HIV or hepatitis, or recent pancreatitis.
