This trial tests if a chemotherapy drug called pemetrexed works better in advanced bladder cancer or other solid tumors that have specific genetic changes (MLL4, UTX, or MTAP). It is for people who have already tried at least two prior treatments.

Who can take part
- You must have advanced bladder cancer (or another advanced solid tumor) that has a change in one of these genes: MLL4, UTX, or MTAP (your doctor can test for this).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan.
- You must have already received at least two prior treatments for advanced disease (or couldn't take a standard second treatment due to side effects or other reasons).
- You cannot have had pemetrexed before.
- You must be 18 years or older and in fairly good overall health (able to care for yourself, up and about more than 50% of waking hours).
- Your blood counts and kidney/liver function must be adequate, and you must be able to take folic acid, vitamin B12, and steroids as needed with the study drug.
