Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have advanced bladder or upper urinary tract cancer that has spread to lymph nodes or other organs, diagnosed within the last 90 days.
- You are willing and able to have surgery to remove the bladder or ureter if the treatment works well.
- You have not had chemotherapy for bladder cancer before.
- Your kidney function is adequate (eGFR at least 15).
- You have not had prior treatment with certain immunotherapy drugs (like PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors).
