- Your cancer must be confirmed to have MTAP deletion (a specific genetic change) by a validated genetic test
- Your cancer must have grown despite at least one prior standard treatment
- You must have at least one measurable tumor lesion visible on imaging (CT scan preferred)
- You must be at least 18 years old and in good overall health (ECOG 0-1: able to do most activities with minimal limitation)
- Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function must meet specific safety thresholds
- You cannot have had chemotherapy or radiation within the past 3 weeks, or pemetrexed before (unless for lung cancer)
