This trial tests a new drug (BMS-986504) combined with an existing chemotherapy (pemetrexed) for advanced solid cancers that have a specific genetic change called MTAP deletion. Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be confirmed to have MTAP deletion (a specific genetic change) by a validated genetic test
  • Your cancer must have grown despite at least one prior standard treatment
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor lesion visible on imaging (CT scan preferred)
  • You must be at least 18 years old and in good overall health (ECOG 0-1: able to do most activities with minimal limitation)
  • Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function must meet specific safety thresholds
  • You cannot have had chemotherapy or radiation within the past 3 weeks, or pemetrexed before (unless for lung cancer)
