  • You have at least one ongoing long COVID symptom, like brain fog, fatigue, or shortness of breath, that started or got worse after your infection.
  • Your symptoms have lasted for at least 6 months and affect your daily life.
  • You have some cognitive trouble (like memory or concentration issues), confirmed by a short questionnaire.
  • You are willing to take a pill (baricitinib or placebo) and attend study visits.
