Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old
  • You had a positive COVID-19 test (antibody, antigen, or PCR)
  • Your symptoms are due to COVID-19 and not another known illness
  • You have at least 3 different symptoms (like fatigue, pain, or trouble sleeping) that bother you
  • You've had these symptoms at least 3 days a week for 3 months or more
  • You're willing to try a mind-body program
