Who can take part

  • You have high-risk prostate cancer (Gleason score 4+3 or higher, with multiple positive biopsies or a PSA over 20).
  • You are scheduled to have your prostate removed (radical prostatectomy).
  • You are able to swallow pills and are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG 0–1).
  • You have not taken any similar hormone treatments (like Lupron or Xtandi) in the past year.
  • You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or severe heart failure in the last 6 months.
