Who can take part

  • You are a man age 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that is considered high-risk or unfavorable intermediate-risk based on your Gleason score (7 or higher, with a pattern of 4+3).
  • Your cancer has certain genetic markers (Decipher score above 0.45 or Luminal B subtype) found on your biopsy.
  • You have not had chemotherapy or radiation for prostate cancer before.
  • You have not had prior treatment with certain prostate cancer drugs (like enzalutamide, abiraterone, or Darolutamide itself) or with immunotherapy drugs (like PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors).
  • You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself and perform daily activities) and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
