Testing a drug to shrink high-risk prostate cancer before surgery

Who can take part

  • Biopsy-confirmed prostate cancer that is considered high-risk based on specific grades and MRI imaging
  • You are a candidate for prostate removal surgery (radical prostatectomy)
  • An MRI of your prostate done within the last 3 months
  • Good overall health status (able to handle the treatment with minimal limitations)
  • Able to take darolutamide for 90–120 days before surgery
  • Willing to use contraception if sexually active during the treatment period
