- Biopsy-confirmed prostate cancer that is considered high-risk based on specific grades and MRI imaging
- You are a candidate for prostate removal surgery (radical prostatectomy)
- An MRI of your prostate done within the last 3 months
- Good overall health status (able to handle the treatment with minimal limitations)
- Able to take darolutamide for 90–120 days before surgery
- Willing to use contraception if sexually active during the treatment period
