Stem cell treatment for mild-moderate Alzheimer's

This trial tests a new stem cell treatment (called RB-ADSCs) that is injected into the fluid around your brain. It aims to see if these cells can help slow down memory loss and thinking problems in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease.

NCT05667649Recruiting· Phase 1
Stem cells injected in brain for mild to moderate Alzheimer’s

This Phase 1 study tests whether injecting your own (autologous) activated fat-derived stem cells into the brain is safe and potentially helpful for mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease. The goal is to see how the treatment affects the brain and symptoms, using cells made from your own donated fat tissue.

Stem Cell Treatment for Early-Onset Alzheimer's Disease

This study tests whether tiny particles called exosomes derived from neural stem cells can help slow memory loss and thinking problems in people with Alzheimer's disease that started before age 65. The treatment is given through the nose and aims to reduce harmful proteins in the brain.
