- Your baby is full-term (born at 37 weeks or later) and was a singleton (not one of twins or triplets)
- Your baby is 8 months old or younger and is no longer breastfeeding or receiving breast milk
- Your baby has been diagnosed with or is suspected to have cow's milk protein allergy, with at least 2 typical symptoms (like severe crying, spitting up, loose stools, or skin rash)
- Your baby is already on a strict cow's milk-free diet and will stay on it through the study
