  • You provide medical care for children or newborns at one of the study health centers in Tanzania.
  • You have already completed the core online lessons of the Pediatric Acute Care Education (PACE) program.
  • You are willing to attend in-person practice sessions led by a clinical champion.
  • You can use either the Rhapsode online platform or paper-based materials for the skills practice.
  • You can read and write in English at a basic level.
