Who can take part
- 18 years or older
- Referred to a Tier 3 weight management program by your GP
- Accepted into the Guy's and St Thomas' weight management service
- Own and can use a smartphone
- Can read, write, and speak English
- Able and willing to provide consent
- Not have an eating disorder
- Not have had bariatric surgery
- Have normal thyroid function or stable levels
- Not have type 1 diabetes
- Not be on insulin or certain diabetes meds that raise hypoglycemia risk
