- You are 55 years old or older
- You have at least moderate depression symptoms (scored 10 or higher on a standard depression questionnaire)
- You have had thoughts of suicide or a past suicide attempt
- You have trouble sleeping (scored 55 or higher on a sleep disturbance scale)
- You have been taking an antidepressant at a standard dose for at least 4 weeks
