M3554 for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You must have either advanced soft tissue sarcoma that has worsened after chemotherapy, or a type of brain tumor called glioblastoma that has returned after initial treatment.
  • You need to be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1), meaning you are up and about more than half of your waking hours.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be within a certain range as determined by your doctor.
  • You must not have had any other cancer in the last 3 years, except for certain skin cancers or cervical changes.
  • If you have soft tissue sarcoma, you cannot have any history of cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord.
