Who can take part
- You have a type of soft tissue sarcoma that is locally advanced or has spread, and it did not respond to a chemotherapy containing anthracycline.
- If you had surgery for the cancer, at least 4 weeks have passed and some cancer remains after surgery.
- You have glioblastoma that is IDH-wildtype, and it has progressed after only one prior treatment (radiotherapy with or without temozolomide) and it came back at least 3 months after radiation.
- Your overall health is good, with a performance status score of 0 or 1.
- Your blood, liver, and kidney tests are within acceptable limits.
- You have not had another cancer within the last 3 years, except for certain cured skin cancers or cervical carcinoma in situ.
