Irinotecan liposome combo for advanced colorectal cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • Your colorectal cancer has spread to other parts of the body (stage IV) and cannot be removed with surgery.
  • You have already tried a platinum-based chemo (like oxaliplatin) and it either stopped working or caused side effects you couldn't handle.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a CT scan.
  • You have not had treatment with irinotecan or irinotecan liposome before.
  • Your cancer has not spread to your brain, and you do not have a DNA repair defect (dMMR/MSI-H) that would make immunotherapy a better fit.
