- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced colorectal cancer that has already been treated with at least two prior therapies, including irinotecan.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about more than 50% of the day).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges (your doctor will check).
- You have not had other cancers (except certain skin or cervical cancers).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use birth control during and 6 months after treatment.
