Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with COPD (groups A, B, or E).
  • You are able to walk on your own without help.
  • You have not had a COPD flare-up in the last month.
  • You do not use extra oxygen at rest (no hypoxemia).
  • You have not been in another lung rehab program in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have other serious lung, heart, or nerve problems that affect exercise.
