This trial tests a new cell therapy called BST06 for advanced liver cancer (HCC) that has not responded to standard treatments. If you qualify, the researchers will take a sample of your tumor, manufacture BST06 cells from it, and infuse them back to attack the cancer.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have advanced liver cancer confirmed by biopsy or imaging, and your tumor has GPC3 protein.
- You have already tried at least one standard treatment (like chemo, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) and it stopped working or you can't take other treatments.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be safely sampled to make the BST06 cells, and another measurable tumor left after sampling.
- You have good liver function (Child-Pugh score A-B7) and are in reasonably good health (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You are able to undergo tumor sampling and then receive the BST06 infusion after a few weeks.
