Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 70 years old.
- Have advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed with surgery, and it has spread or come back.
- Your tumor must test positive for B7H3 (a specific cancer marker), from a biopsy or sample.
- Your overall health should be fairly functional (ECOG score 0–2) and you should be expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- Have blood counts and key organ function that meet study limits (for example, hemoglobin, platelets, white blood cells, and liver/kidney tests).
- Be able to donate your own immune cells for making CAR-T (autologous blood cell collection), and sign informed consent.
