Platelet-rich plasma for fertility treatments
Treatments studied
Part of Hormones & metabolism, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (a concentrate from your own blood) into the uterus or ovaries can help women with certain fertility issues, such as damaged uterine lining, scarring, or low egg reserve. It aims to improve pregnancy chances in these challenging cases.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.

This trial tests whether injecting your own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the ovaries can improve egg retrieval and embryo development for women who have had very few eggs or no transplantable embryos in previous IVF cycles.
This trial tests whether injecting a woman's own cells into her ovaries can help improve egg production for women with very low ovarian reserve. It is for women under 45 who have had poor results from IVF in the past.
This trial tests whether injecting your own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the ovaries can improve egg production in people who don’t respond well to fertility stimulation. It may help some “poor responders” get more usable eggs for IVF.
This trial studies whether an injection of your own “platelet-rich” plasma into the ovaries can improve egg production in people who respond poorly to fertility treatment. It targets women with low egg reserve and tries to see if this approach helps them get better results from stimulation.
This trial tests whether infusing a special concentrate of your own platelets (platelet-rich plasma) into the uterus before embryo transfer can help women who have had failed transfers or a thin uterine lining. The goal is to improve the chances of a successful pregnancy.
This study tests whether platelet-rich plasma (PRP)—a concentration of healing cells from your own blood—injected into the uterus can improve the uterine lining and help embryos implant successfully during fertility treatment. Researchers will check how the treatment changes immune cells in the uterus.
