Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a finger injury that limits how straight you can straighten the middle joint of your finger.
  • Your injury happened between 4 weeks and 6 months ago.
  • You can understand and follow instructions in English.
  • You do not have nerve damage or deep cuts on the injured finger.
  • Your finger is not completely stuck (it can still move a little when you try to straighten it).
