Who can take part

  • You must have been recently diagnosed with a type of brain tumor called glioblastoma (GBM).
  • Your tumor must have a specific genetic marker called MGMT methylation.
  • You must be planning to receive the standard treatment: radiation therapy plus the chemotherapy drug temozolomide.
  • You must be 18 years old or older and have a good performance status (able to care for yourself).
  • You must be able to have repeated brain MRI scans with contrast dye.
