Who can take part

  • You’re 18 to 75 years old, with a newly diagnosed glioblastoma or gliosarcoma in the brain area above the cerebellum.
  • Your surgery removed most of the tumor (over 85% of enhancing tumor), and you have limited leftover visible disease.
  • Your tumor lab tests show MGMT is unmethylated, and your tumor has no IDH1 or IDH2 mutation.
  • You can start the study within 35 days after surgery and are stable enough for the trial plan, including MRI follow-ups.
  • You must have enough blood, liver, and kidney function based on recent lab tests, and steroids (if used) must be reduced and stable.
  • There must be no active infection, and you must test negative for HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C.
