Who can take part
- Women aged 18 to 70 years old
- Diagnosed with HR+/HER2- breast cancer that is sensitive to hormone therapy (ER expression >50%)
- Tumor larger than 2 cm and with no more than 2 positive lymph nodes in the armpit
- Ki-67 level 20% or higher
- Able to have a tumor biopsy during screening
- Blood counts and organ function tests must be within safe limits
