Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 75, and you are either premenopausal, perimenopausal, or postmenopausal.
- Your breast cancer is hormone receptor positive (ER and/or PR positive) and HER2 negative, and it is advanced (can't be surgically removed) or has spread to other parts of the body.
- You have not received any prior treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like palbociclib) or an immunotherapy drug (like a checkpoint inhibitor).
- You have not had more than one line of chemotherapy for advanced disease, and you either have not had any systemic therapy for advanced disease or had only one prior line of endocrine therapy.
- You do not have uncontrolled brain metastases, serious heart problems, or an active autoimmune disease or weakened immune system.
