- You have an inherited retinal disease causing vision loss
- You had an eye exam with a specialist within the last 3 months
- You are willing to participate in 10 weeks of rehab sessions while living in Michigan
- You are not currently in mental health therapy and do not have active suicidal thoughts
- If you take medication for mental health, your dose has been stable for at least 1 month
