Who can take part
- You (the study eye) have generalized inherited retinal disease (genetic vision loss)
- Your vision in the study eye is 20/400 or worse (or very close to 0.05 or less)
- You can get a scan of the central retina (macular OCT) for this study
- No other eye diseases are present that could strongly affect vision or the retina
- No other body diseases are present that affect the retina from outside the eye (for example, certain nerve/brain diseases)
