Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 60 years old.
  • You are medically healthy overall.
  • You have had signs and symptoms of bruxism (like teeth wear, jaw muscle pain, or headaches) for at least 6 months.
  • You have all your natural teeth, including your first molars on both top and bottom.
  • You have good oral hygiene and no other mouth problems.
