Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with bruxism (teeth grinding or jaw clenching) through self-report and clinical exam
  • You are in generally good health with no serious medical conditions
  • Your bite (how your upper and lower teeth meet) is normal alignment—specifically 'Angle Class I'
  • You have all your back teeth and are not currently wearing braces or aligners
  • You have never had botulinum toxin injected into your jaw muscles before
