  • You are a man over 18 years old.
  • You play or have played soccer (amateur or professional) regularly.
  • You have no recent fractures, metal implants, or infections in your ankle or foot.
  • You do not have chronic ankle instability or other lower limb issues that would make ankle manipulation unsafe.
  • You do not have neurological or mental health problems that would prevent you from understanding the study procedures.
