Who can take part

  • You are a boy between 11 and 13 years old.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience coaching soccer.
  • You take part in regular club training at least 3 times a week.
  • You have consent from a parent or guardian and agree to take part yourself.
  • You have no medical reasons that would keep you from being active.
  • You do not have a current injury or chronic condition affecting your muscles, bones, or balance, and you are not in other balance or therapy programs.
