Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have HER2-negative advanced breast cancer (confirmed by specific tests).
  • You have already received taxane and anthracycline chemotherapy, and at least 2 lines of chemotherapy for metastatic disease.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse or you couldn't tolerate prior treatments.
  • Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
