Who can take part
- You have a type of colorectal cancer called MSS (microsatellite stable) that has spread to other parts of the body and has not responded to or stopped working on standard treatments including 5-FU, oxaliplatin, irinotecan, and targeted therapies.
- Your tumors can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
- You are 18 or older and in fairly good overall health, able to do most daily activities.
- Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function are within certain limits (your doctor will check these).
- You have not taken a CDK4/6 inhibitor before and are not allergic to 5-FU or similar drugs.
