This trial tests a combination treatment that uses heat or cold (ablation) to destroy liver tumors along with medicines that boost your immune system to fight cancer. It is for people whose colorectal cancer has spread to the liver and who could not have surgery, or whose first treatment stopped working.
This Phase 3 trial tests a treatment approach for colorectal cancer that cannot be removed with surgery at first but has spread only to the liver. It is intended for people whose tumor is RAS/BRAF “wild-type” and who are well enough to do daily activities, to see if the treatment can control the cancer better.
This trial is testing whether adding a targeted drug called abemaciclib to the standard chemotherapy 5-FU can help people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer (MSS) that has stopped responding to other treatments. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective.
This trial tests whether adding an EGFR-targeting antibody to chemotherapy can help people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. It's for those whose tumors have a normal RAS gene and who have not had treatment before.
This trial tests whether a targeted therapy (abemaciclib) combined with focused radiation (SBRT) to a bone tumor can help people with advanced breast cancer. It is for patients whose cancer is hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative, and who will continue abemaciclib after radiation.
This trial tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug adebrelimab to standard chemotherapy plus bevacizumab can help people with a specific type of metastatic colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It is for patients whose tumors are microsatellite stable (MSS) or have normal mismatch repair (pMMR).
