Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with CLL or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and are receiving active treatment.
  • You have not been doing regular physical activity for the past 8 weeks.
  • You are able to carry out daily activities without help (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You do not have any medical condition that makes exercise unsafe, like serious heart problems, bone metastases, or severe muscle/bone issues.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and attend initial evaluation tests.
