Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a diagnosis of systemic sclerosis (either the limited or diffuse type)
- You must have a positive ANA blood test with a titer of at least 1:160
- You must have a skin score between 15 and 35 on a specific measure called mRSS
- You must have had your first non-Raynaud symptom (like skin tightening) within the last 5 years if you test negative for anti-RNA polymerase III, or within the last 2 years if you test positive
- You must not have had a severe blood vessel problem in your fingers in the past 3 months
