Who can take part
- You are a caregiver or family member living with the stroke survivor and are at least 18 years old.
- You can read and write English and have a mini-mental test score over 24.
- You had a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) more than 3 months and less than 2 years ago.
- You have been home from the hospital with mild to moderate arm weakness (can move your wrist up at least 20 degrees and fingers up at least 10 degrees).
- You have a caregiver who lives with you and is willing to join the program.
- You have no other medical problems that would make it hard to participate.
