Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 40 years old.
- You have had neck pain for more than 3 months that is not from a specific injury.
- You have trouble lifting your arm overhead (less than 60 degrees of upward rotation).
- You feel pain or discomfort when pressure is applied to certain spots on your shoulder blade muscles.
- You do not have other shoulder problems like rotator cuff tears, frozen shoulder, or impingement.
- You are willing to participate and give your consent.
