Who can take part

  • You are 20 years old or older.
  • You are having a colonoscopy with an Olympus brand endoscope.
  • You are able to follow a low-residue (low-fiber) diet and do bowel preparation.
  • Your bowel cleansing is expected to be good or adequate (not poor).
  • Your colonoscopy is expected to reach the end of the large intestine (cecum).
  • You have not taken blood thinners or had abnormal blood clotting in the last 5 days.
