Who can take part

  • You must have a type of cancer that is advanced (has spread) or cannot be removed by surgery, specifically stomach, gastro-esophageal junction, esophageal adenocarcinoma, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, or colorectal cancer.
  • Your cancer must have continued to grow after at least one prior treatment, unless you are in the first-line esophageal squamous cell group.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be seen on a scan (like a CT scan).
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor tissue sample (from a biopsy or previous surgery) before starting the study.
  • You cannot have untreated or symptomatic brain metastases, certain other active cancers, or a history of severe allergic reactions to antibody treatments.
