Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older with an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed.
  • Standard treatments must have failed, not exist, or not be suitable for you.
  • You must have a tumor that can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • Your overall health must be good (ECOG score 0 or 1), meaning you can do most daily activities.
  • You must have adequate blood cell counts, kidney, liver, and clotting function (your doctor will test this).
  • You cannot have had certain other cancer treatments or a CCR8-targeted therapy before.
