Who can take part

  • You have HER2-negative breast cancer that is advanced (locally advanced or spread to other parts of the body)
  • Your cancer has progressed despite at least one prior treatment (chemotherapy and/or hormone therapy, depending on cancer subtype)
  • You have adequate organ function (normal blood counts, liver, and kidney function)
  • You are 18 years or older and able to attend all study visits
  • You do not have uncontrolled brain metastases, active heart disease, or uncontrolled autoimmune conditions
  • If of child-bearing potential, you agree to use effective contraception and have a negative pregnancy test
