Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor can be seen on a scan (measurable disease).
  • You have not had cancer treatment (chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or other drugs) in the last 4 weeks (or 6 weeks for certain chemotherapies).
  • Side effects from prior treatments have mostly gone away (grade 1 or less).
  • You are in generally good health (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
