Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a lower back tooth (molar) that cannot be fixed and needs to be removed, and you are planning to get an implant and bone graft right away.
  • You do not have any serious health problems that would make dental surgery risky.
  • You are not a smoker.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You have not had radiation therapy to your head or neck in the past year.
