This study is testing a new way to measure something called 'p50' during liver transplant surgery to see if it can help doctors better manage your care. It is for people who are having a planned liver transplant and are in relatively stable but serious health condition.

Who can take part
- You are scheduled for a planned (elective) liver transplant surgery at Inonu University.
- Your health is rated as ASA III or IV, meaning you have a severe disease that is not dangerous right now, or a life-threatening condition.
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You do not have sudden, severe liver failure, or confusion from liver disease (hepatic encephalopathy).
- You do not have kidney or lung problems caused by your liver (hepatorenal or hepatopulmonary syndrome).
- You do not have poorly controlled diabetes, serious heart or lung disease, or a severe infection (sepsis).
