This study tests a new medicine called LP352 for children and adults with Dravet syndrome. It compares the study drug to a placebo (a pill with no medicine) to see if it helps reduce seizures.

Who can take part
- You or your child must have been diagnosed with Dravet syndrome, with seizures starting before 20 months old.
- You or your child must have had at least 4 countable motor seizures (like convulsions, stiffening, or dropping) per month in the last 3 months.
- You or your child must be taking 1 to 4 seizure medicines at a steady dose for at least 4 weeks before the study starts.
- You or your child must not have had infantile spasms or a recent seizure emergency requiring a breathing tube.
- You or your child must not use cannabis products that are not in oral liquid, capsule, or tablet form, or that have high THC content.
- You or your child must be willing to keep a seizure diary and follow the study schedule.
