Clemizole trial for children and adults with Dravet syndrome

Who can take part

  • You (or your parent/guardian) can sign consent in writing, and your child can assent if needed
  • You are at least 2 years old when you join
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of Dravet syndrome with SCN1A genetic mutation
  • Your seizures started before 18 months of age and were normal development at the start
  • Your brain MRI does not show certain brain shape abnormalities
  • Your seizures are not completely controlled by anti-seizure medicines
